Aegis began in 2002, with support from Bharti Airtel, around one question: how do we develop leaders who can work across technology and business in a world that keeps changing? The question has stayed the same. The technology has not.
In 2015 we partnered with IBM to launch India's first Post Graduate Program in Data Science. Since then, our alumni have gone on to lead AI, analytics and machine learning work across more than 500 enterprises and startups.
Aegis does not just teach AI. We develop people who can build, deploy and lead AI solutions in the real world. That is why our students contribute to real client projects in the AI Product Factory, alongside senior engineers, instead of stopping at assignments.
An AI school also owes something beyond its classrooms. Khozo helps missing children return home. SaveNadi, a pilot from Aegis Knowledge Trust, watches over Maharashtra's rivers, creeks and coast. Our Student Model on Dongle work aims to turn any mobile phone into a learning companion, for students who have no laptop and no internet. AI should reach the people the cloud leaves out.
